This is a very nice quality pair of earrings made by the Ciner Manufacturing Co. of New York.  The earrings are made in a curved style that would cover the underside of the ear lobe.  Each is made with a faux jade cabuchon stone in its center, surrounded by clear rhinestones meant to simulate pave diamonds.  The periphery of each is divided into rounded sections, each defined by a raised gold border and filled in with black enamel.
